
The GP motor series is designed for general-purpose applications, providing an economical servo solution. These motors are available in armature diameters of 9cm, 12cm, and 16cm, with options for standard ferrite magnets (GPM) or high-power neodymium magnets (GPN).
Users can select a standard series wound armature for general use or a higher speed, lower torque parallel wound armature for more specific needs. Additionally, GP motors feature an ironless, ultra-flat construction that ensures zero cogging and ultra-low velocity ripple, enhancing both performance and efficiency.
INTEGRATION AND FLEXIBILITY
GP series motors offer exceptional integration, flex¬ibility, and a compact design. They can be mounted directly on the payload shaft, eliminating couplings and reducing space requirements. This results in a stiffer servo solution and higher inertia mismatch¬ing. The super-flat construction and elimination of mechanical couplings make these motors ideal for space-constrained applications.
CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS
Customized shaft and housing options, along with features including brakes, encoders, and tachome¬ters, enhance the versatility and adaptability of these motors. This combination, along with their robust design, makes GP series motors ideal for a diverse range of applications, from industrial machinery to precision instruments.
